A.K. (akbutler) | 43 comments Hi! I'm brand new to this group so if I'm in the wrong category or doing something else wrong let me know.

I searched for this but didn't find it and I thought it might be cool to have a place where people can post their book trailers, to get ideas/feedback or just for fun. I enjoy looking at a variety of trailers and thought it would be nice to have a thread that was full of them. Googling helps me find some but I thought it would be nice to have them all in a single place.

Anyway, I'll break the ice. I've never used After Effects before but after an insane amount of googling and tutorial watching I figured out the basics.

Feedback/criticism is welcome and please add your book trailer links!! I love watching them all. :)

Campaign Zen is a living document, mostly about dead people. Perish the poet, I decided to write doggerel instead. You Tube has my trailer archive.

A.K. (akbutler) | 43 comments Oh. My. I can't. I love your book trailer so much. I want to sit in your living room and play checkers while you read. That was fantastic. I canNOT believe you actually made me WANT to read a book about ANCIENT POLITICS. You win.

Peter Prasad (goodreadscompeter_prasad) | 123 comments Ancient, hardly, the book ends in 2012, like last year, I think. Be inspired, copy freely. we're so low on the totem pole, ain't no body watching. And come by for popcorn some time.

Michelle Lowe (michellelowe7gmailcom) | 9 comments That was a very nicely made trailer. I liked the different ways you did the text and your cover art is awesome. The Burning of Cherry Hill seems like an intriguing story. All-in-all, great job! Here's my trailer, if you care to see it, of my three part children's book, The Hex Hunt. :)

J.P. Reedman | 6 comments Here's the trailer for STONE LORD, my historical novel which is about King Arthur but with a twist--it's set in the bronze age, with Stonehenge as the Round Table.

Matt Pike | 2 comments Nice thread - I'm enjoying the diversity. Here's a trailer my friends (very talented) and I have recently put together for my new book, Kings of the World.

Matt Pike | 2 comments Thanks Tim and A.K.

I'm at the beginning of the journey and would be very interested to hear what people have done - beyond youtube/standard book trailer websites - to promote their trailer.

I'm very open to ideas as I'm on a steep newb learning curve.
