Hi Dianne, I'm a relative newcomer on Google+. At first it mystified me, but I'm getting to grips with the concept now. As for book clubs, I'd appreciate some advice too.

For book clubs just ask if you want yours featured. Usually they have a schedule for the featured books so you may have to wait a while. Have one of mine featured right now at a book club, had to wait four months. Now onto Google+. Mostly I share my blog posts on there, it increases your page ranking if you share your posts on Google+. Other than that I haven't found it to be extremely useful.
