Charlotte | 84 comments Please share with our group places you've been to in Paris which perhaps were frequented by the likes of Hemigway, McAlmon, Joyce, or Beach, to name but a few of the LG'ers. Tell us about your experiences while there & suggest places we should see on our own visits to Paris.

Charlotte | 84 comments Maritza's message reminded me that I found a great site for Americans visiting Paris. (I must mention that I have nothing whatsoever to do with the site or its owners)
it's: http://paris-expat.com/category/paris...
I know that if I were visiting Paris for the 1st time, I would seek out this place. One of its guides is John Baxter, who has written extensively on France. He gives walking tours for them.
So, Maritza, just in case Mr. Right doesn't show up in time, I hope that won't keep you from experiencing the joy which is Paris.

Charlotte | 84 comments Ok, all you LG'ers, I leave 2 weeks from today for Paris & would love it if you would give me some insider tips about places off the beaten path re the LG & Paris of the '20's. I've seen the usual, but am open to new ideas. Thanks!
