My question is - since all bar two of the adds were BEFORE the changes, is it OK to revert and update the details?Yup.

Has a valid ASIN, which links to one of the free Kindle Public Domain versions of the book. Not a problem
BUT
In December a new cover was uploaded, pagination added (356) and format changed from Kindle to Paperback.
My question is - since all bar two of the adds were BEFORE the changes, is it OK to revert and update the details? I've got a copy of the Kindle ed. since it was free so I can extract all that data.
The cover matches the pbk edition I've currently got it combined with, but not the date (unsurprising since that's left from the Kindle edition) and has more pages...
