Did anybody notice this book showed that the emerald city at the end of the rainbow (or the bus line) was wealthy and glamorous? Nothing gets by teresa and barny,but it is like they are in oz, with people assuming they have imagined powers. the security undercover person thinks they are wealthy, The Barbie can't kill them because they don;t fear exposure, etc etc.

I must say I never thought of it, but now that you mention it, it might be good as a movie adaptation.
