Hi all,
my name is becky and I have joined this group today and I am a first time author of My Bubble Wrap Girl: Sofia's Story (http://sbpra.com/BeckyMeechan) I looking for as much help as possible with getting my book out there. If you read the synopsis you will see that quite a lot has happened to my daughter and I and we are rebuilding our lives.
As well as writing a book I am now trying to help others who have faced the same harrowing journey that my daughter, my partner and I faced by setting up some form of support group. I truly hope that the book will help me do this.
I am a avid reader and enjoy the works of many authors, part of me is also desperate to write again but there is that fear of rejection with my first book. Is this normal?
I am looking for fellow writer friends and help and support.
