Laurie | 22 comments At the March session of Suzanne LaRue's oh-so-wonderful Night Readers book club, I apologized for liking Maeve Binchey novels. Suzanne later sent me the following:

This is my new manifesto! Thank you, Suzanne!

Erica (ekgo) | 10 comments Didn't that get hammered into your head in school? Because I remember being told over and over that I can hate any type of book I want but I can't hate on anyone else for liking it because opinion is opinion and no babies will die.
I might be mixing my lessons a bit there.

Dedra | 13 comments Laurie, I love this! I don't read much romance anymore but when I did I always felt like I had to apologize for it. And when I worked in a bookstore we sold a lot of book covers so people could hid the suggestive covers of many paperback romance novels.
