Eric | 57 comments FC2; or, fiction collective two . . . is a small publisher of innovative slash etcetera fictions. Founded by Katz, Sukenick & others, FC2 publishes not just Katz, Sukenick & others but writers like Evan Dara who for all we know got his/her/its start there. They also host lotsa writing contests.

Yes! We don't even know Evan's gender and most probably Evan Dara is pseudonym for? I came across some funny theories but let's not get there. The comparison of his/her debut novel The Lost scrapbook is done with likes of David Foster Wallace, Gaddis, Pynchon (déjà vu - very similar to Le Pava's case along with wish/need for anonymity) but still the book is not very popular. Those who've read it, have loved it. BUT less readership and even lesser availability of his debut novel (out of stock at fc2 also), available on amazon without any preview, so for those who're interested, here's the 1st chapter of TLS:

Evan Dara is a recent one so may be some time is left before he/she gets buried. Let's hope we won't get a chance to update another name on Buried authors list.
