The Night She Disappeared

Hmmmm, this one is definitely a quick and easy read, and I see it being popular with teens (because of that and because of the dramatic and intriguing premise), but I didn't think it was all that great of a book. The characters were uninteresting and slap-dash, the plot predictable, and the themes never fully-realized. Not one of my favorites of 2012.

I agree-fast read. Lots of unexplained or not "fleshed" out parts. Quick-which is a plus but predictable and very basic.

Definitely see the reluctant reader appeal, but I wanted more of what happened after.
