Well, you post got cut a little short I think - but I'll respond anyway.
I think you have an interesting theory I'd like to see some expansion on.
However, a lot of people have taken Jax' house to actually be a metaphor for the Fae. Since it's believe Iax is Jax (my book actually has a misprint that pretty much confirms this suspicion) and Iax is thought to be one of the Namers who helped build Fae.
It's been suggested that Iax stealing of the moon into fae is what may have stirred up The Creation War. But I'm probably not the best to expand on that....
