Haley (quiltedquill) | 25 comments I loved this book. It's a very light read, focusing mostly on the daily life of its heroine, Jane Madison, and her recent discovery of witchy powers. I liked that Jane grew as a character, culminating in a valuable life lesson... even if I did really want to smack her a couple times.

I loved this one as well. I read it a couple years ago. I still haven't gotten around to reading the rest of the trilogy, but I will one of these days. I can't resist a story about a librarian with witch powers. =)
