Amazon email re Beautiful Disaster

I don't know if any of you had purchased the kindle copy of Beautiful Disaster, but I just got an email that concerns me. I purchased it from amazon on 7/4/12. Anyone else get this? What the heck is going on? Are they seriously saying they want me to buy it again? Email is below:

they are saying you can get a refund for the one you bought and buy a new copy (likely the one that was picked up by the big name publisher), or you can keep the copy you have...if you opt for the refund, you will no longer have access to the book on your account

they promised post 1984 debacle that they would no longer delete books from people's accounts - even if they were no longer available without notification and recompense

it also means that if you look on the amazon page, that it won't show you having previously bought a copy (so that you don't accidently order duplicates)

I didn't get this email, and I bought this book in 2011 and I bought the audiobook in 2012. But with the new ISN number, it doesn't look like I bought the kindle version.

I had to go into Manage my kindle to make sure my book is there. I will await the email
