Pfff... I give up. I hate Historian! I've really tried to read it, I'm about half way through it, but it's not getting any better! Bah! It's not getting worse, either. It's so terribble, constantly BAD... I don't even think it could go more agonizing. I drop it, and I drop the challange (which is one more reason to hate Historian). 9/10 will have to do.

Wow, am I the only person alive that liked the Historian? I can't be. But it always surprises me how violently some people hate it. I don't understand, I really loved it.I suppose I can understand where you might find it slow and dry, but terrible? Really? *sniff, tear*

Nichole, I admit that there are books worse written. I even admit there are books more boring. I know that for sure, because I've read them. I was young (ok, younger) and stubborn and I thought that finishing even a crappy book was important (why it was important I don't know; maybe I considered sainthood as a career path or something like that). Now I don't want to waste time on books I don't like when there are abundance of other books I might like.
