Wrong cover = Good Title or vice versa?

If you read carefully it's not compatible Title and book cover
Juan Bosch wrote different books
CUENTOS ESCRITOS EN EL EXILIO Y
MÁS CUENTOS ESCRITOS EN EL EXILIO
CUENTOS ESCRITOS ANTES DEL EXILIO

And here it's
Cuents escritos en el exilio
and the book cover says:
Cuentos escritos antes del exilio

We do not put titles in all capitals. Book covers are often stylized in capitals, but there's no reason to have them in all capitals here.

The book cover is not equal to the title.

Title: Cuentos escritos en el exlio.

There is an antes ( Before)

Actually Juan Bosch could be a little of confusion he has 5 books with similar titles:

Hmm. It looks like it was originally entered with that title and the cover was added later, so the cover is probably the error. I'll remove it. Thanks for noticing that!

The book cover has to match exactly to the edition. If a book has been published in many editions it could have many different covers. Does that website give the exact edition for each cover?

Also, remember that we're only allowed to use images with permission. We can't take book cover images from bookseller websites.

If you can find cover images for specific editions, I'm happy to add them, but I took a quick look and I didn't find a non-bookseller website with an image for the 1970 edition.
