People want to make sure they are in a group where if they need to ask a question or get approval they will get a response. So I don't see the harm in demoting if there is no reason for an extended absence.
Okay then. I think we should do that quick because some members are waiting possibly impatiently.
Since this an advanced roleplay, there should probably be a minimum in the sentences for history and personality. Probably something on realism
There should be something om weapons and fighting too in my opinion since only the first i believe three districts are the only ones who have the means to train their tributes while all the others have 0 exp
So, for a template I think we need some minimum requirements. The group is advanced, and as we know the template should also reflect that. But, we don't have to get too crazy with anything, so I was thinking a good paragraph(5-6 sentences) for personality and history would be okay? maybe 4 sentences for appearance if the person is not using a picture?
^-^ do you think we should make a new template for the group to follow with the requirements listed? I could handle that if you'd like~
Name: (First and last)Age:
Gender:
District: (1-12)
Position: (Citizen, Peacekeeper, Tribute, etc)
Appearance: (If no image, 4 sentences minimum)
Personality: (5-6 sentences minimum)
History: (5-6 sentences minimum)
Other: (anything you wish to include that was not mentioned here)
Note: There should not be members from districts who are proficient with weapons, outside of those who are trained for the Hunger Games in Districts 1, 2 or 4.
^-^ awesome~ Does it look like I covered everything? Anything I should add?I mean, obviously people will be allowed to use their own templates and add whatever, but in terms of bare minimum info does it look alright?
^-^ awesome~ I'll go post the new template then~If you'd like, I can also send out a message to all the members broadcasting the change so they know, and now that we have the new template, we can start with corrections and approving ^-^
OH! Is it okay if I delete the Sign up for the Hunger Games thread? WE already have a character claim thread so the sign up thread located here is a bit irrelevant? We don't want people to try and sign up there if say all the tributes were already claimed...Also, since we have new requirements for characters, should we make new character threads for the males and females for the new completed characters to go into? We would NOT be deleting the old threads, merely archiving them so people can take the old charries, add the required information and then repost them ^-^ I think it might be easier than trying to sort through old charries that need editing and revising as well as trying to help the new charries.
Hey guys! I'm sorry to let you know, but I'm going to leave this group. It's a shame to let the group go, but the moderator stuff has caused lots of stress online. I hope you understand, and I may just come back to this group one day! Farewell, friends! x

Bye willow :) yes I think you could delete the Sign up as far as there's another thread doing the job it is. I'm not sure I've seen another thread doing it since the sign up really is for training and not for the Games.
The thread Male and Female, it would be more organised to put it that way. :)

Well, for the instructors for the training, we could easily include that in the character claims thread, could we not?and I meant more like remake the topics so the new templates could be posted and not get buried under potential corrections.
Hi Kikki you were saying you wanted to write a Group message. If you're still on it, could you post here so we could see it first?
Uh, guys, could I, uh, join back? I've sorted my groups recently and found time for this group! x
Welcome back willow, as for you being a mod back I think The mods should make a vote on it and give reasons.
Ok...I aren't actually sure i should be a mod but lets see what others think! x
Thanks! I need to go now but yeah thanks and bye!

I think it would be netter to leave them as NPCs to be honest. They dont show much in the books or the movie so whoever makes them wouldn't be able to rp them much
I just think we should try and come up with an activity. Something in the Hunger games.
I was thinking that training thing

Okay well....if we have enough characters made to actually DO the reaping we could do that, but no one has been active in general lately so I don't think we have enough to be honest. Its kinda pointless to do a reaping when no characters are made in the districts. Same with fast forwarding to training. No point if the charries aren't made.
