Have it all condensed into one post. If you just keep updating the thread with a new name each post, the thread can very easily get clogged with people asking if their characters have been approved. If it's a single list, they can look through, and if they're missed, we won't end up missing their posts in asking us about the characters.

If anyone else breaks the rules we all know what will happen. That greatly includes mods.

okay! So, let's get down to business to defeat the huns to get this group up and going again XD

1) We should all work together to make sure we agree on and can all work to enforce the same template requirements

2) Do we want to make this group advanced? Or keep it semi-advanced or what? That'll affect the template requirements I believe.

3) We'll need people to take over Dom's and Aniza's threads they were updating, if they have any. I'd be happy to take over updating the Face Claims thread if no one else wishes to do it.

4) We should probably update the yellow box of group rules that pops up on the side with our new rules for the group.

OH! And we could redo the Announcements thread too, I think it would be fun to make it fancy versus just a regular mods post there type of thing, I can give you an example if you'd like.

Hey I know in the rule it said after a warning if continued you will be kicked out. As mods do you think we should make it that if they use their warning they will be demoted as mods then if continued be kicked out?

okay so here are my ideas~

1) A little more requirements on the charrie templates. I'm not thinking anything super crazy, just a good descriptive paragraph for both personality and history. Advanced rpers don't generally want nor like to make a template that has practically nothing on it.

2) I'd say bump up the rp post requirement to a good 5-6 sentences. Anyone in the group should be able to write that much as everyone is at least 13, so that means that they have written an english paper at some point that has the same requirements for a paragraph ^-^

3) Put advanced back in the title XD

4) We'll have to take the group, and the characters and members, more seriously. This means that when someone breaks a rule, we do not overlook it and warn them as we're supposed to and follow through with consequences. Its the same with characters. Everyone has to follow the same rules and there will be no exceptions for any character made as that would be unfair to all the other members who do follow the requirements.

5) Make sure all the mods stay on the same page. Talk, discuss, make sure we are a unified front for this group. We are supposed to stand together to ensure the group goes the way we want, and to make sure people follow the rules. We can't do that if not everyone is doing as they're supposed to do ^-^

6) I personally believe we should probably start over with the characters if we are making the group advanced, as most of the templates that I've seen completed do not reflect the group being advanced and will turn people away who would join because it is advanced.

7) Discussion. I don't know how much was planned out, but we definitely need to talk about what we're doing for the Hunger Games. What the arena will be like, along with the obstacles the gamemaker can throw in there. We also need to make sure that the members remember that the people who go into this have almost no experience in anything like this. People will and should die in the hunger games. It makes no sense whatsoever for anyone to suddenly know everything and survive and not get injured or killed or anything. If it comes to it, we could use a random generator to see who should die every x amount of days to make it realistic.
