I guess I'm the first to check in :) Can't wait to start this, now that all my other team challenges are over I need something new to focus on.
I've played on teams with a few of you already and to those I haven't I can't wait to get to know everyone, feel free to friend me. Let the Game begin!

I've been adding fairy tale retellings to my TBR this last week. Now that the team names are official I'll start looking for the other bonuses.
I just checked and out of all of us Belinda said yes to being captain and Pepper said maybe, everyone else was a no.

I made us a spreadsheet and linked it in post 3. I'll be updating links throughout the week on all the teams threads.
Hi Katherine Glad you can join us :)

I've been scribbling down notes and books for the last 2 hours seeing what I have that fits this challenge, surprisingly I have quite a few Retellings in my TBR and on my Kindle so I don't think I'll have any trouble in that department :)

I'm going to miss your supreme organizational skills, Jenne! :D

Jenne you're looking for other bonuses how about a bonus for figuring the rules out?

That being said, am I the only one that doesn't understand these 10 tasks in 2 weeks?
Are we looking for themes of our team name? (Like Red and the big bad wolf gives me shifters easy.

Hi Katherine, I went over to read the FAQ's to see if my question was there. luckily I'm in the office by myself today.

OK now I'm on the hunt for the best books to read for our first task and mini challenge. I have a few in mind that might give us high points :)
My God! I didn't think it would that hard to find a book with some sort of way to tell time on the cover.
Jenne can we use the moon as a way to tell time? I know sailors back in the day used to navigate and tell time by the position of the moon :)

Great! that helps a lot for some reason most of my book covers are a night, but I think I have found my first book!
, I think that's a sun behind him, what do you guys think?

I'm gonna go edit that.

I'm really excited to get started! Now I just need to go through all my books and figure out what's going to get us lots of points lol. :)

I'm on the app right now, I'll get some listopia and shelf links later tonight.

New books
Most read this week
Fairy Tales Retold
Clean Fairy Tale Retellings
Beauty and the Beast
List of lists

I've looked through many books and didn't read this evening so I'm grumpy.
I haven't decided on this but I am still figuring out the rules.

this is a retelling 50 points but it's robin hood
Team Name wearing a hood would that count
either way I see myself coming up around 100 points this week

This challenge is unique to other styles I've hosted around here. You literally will use every book you read during the challenge if it's at least 150 pages.
That's why we've got teams put together based on amount of books read a week :)

Go get some reading done so you're not grumpy :)

Sometimes "seeing it" is better than me trying to explain it lol.

I also have

Otherwise I can scour covers for something red (I have

Or can hunt down an author letter combo?
Which option/s have we covered so far? I can't keep up!!! ^_^
