"Peggy?" Cygin searches her mind to see if she knows anyone named Peggy, "I don't believe I have met her yet..."
"Peggy rodgers? you need to meet her"
Cygin smiles and looks at the water. She makes it appear said it's green, her favorite color, with her illusion power.

billae jumps in with a turquoise tankini. swimming in remembering her lessons from a few years time.....

billae then gasps remembering that she couldnt be in the water then. it would do damage to your hair.. she thought.. remembering her foster parent was a hair stylist...remembering all of her tips and everything
billae grabbed a towel... and ran for the showers...
an hour or so later.. she emerged out with a simple day dress...(ya know a summer dress)
Alexandria walked in and set her stuff down on a chair. She took off her t-shirt revealing a black one piece swim suit then dived into the the pool.
Finn was up on one of the diving boards at the far end of the pool. Her dark hair was pulled back and she was wearing a dark silvery one piece swim suit. She jumped off the board, diving neatly into the water.
Alexandria watched the girl jump in as she swam around a bit.
Finn surfaced, treading water. Wiping some hair out of her face, she looked around the pool, seeing the other girl in the water.
"Hi" Alexandria said looking over at the other girl. "I'm Alexandria." She said swimming closer to the girl.
Finn swam up to Alexandria. "Hey. I'm Finn." She said.
"Nice to meet you." Alexandria said.
Alexandria smiled before she began swimming again.
Finn swam for a bit before asking, "I've seen you here once or twice haven't I?" Alexandria was probably one of the people she saw every so often when she came to swim.
"Probably" Alexandria said going to the edge of the pool and using her telekinesis to get her water bottle. "I'm here a lot." She said before taking a drink.
Finn smiled when she saw Alexandria's powers. "You're telekinetic." She said, more as a confirmation to herself than anything else. "It's a really cool power to have."
"Indeed it is." Alexandria said putting her water bottle back. "What are your powers?" She asked Finn.
Finn smiled. "I'm electrokinetic. All the electricity, all the time." She decided against a demo. Electrocuting Alexandria wouldn't exactly make the best first impression.
"That sounds pretty sweet." Alexandria said swimming back over to Finn.
"Yeah, I guess so." Finn said with a smile.
"Besides telekinesis I have telepathy and teleportation." Alexandria said.
