I've started both Dead Ice and Circus of the Damned btw. I'm only a couple of pages in each but I'm expecting to be done Dead Ice today (550 pages) and at latest Circus of the Damned tomorrow (approx 300 pages). My mom's home today so I can read without my dog bugging me. :D
I read nearly anything, to be honest. I actively avoid only horror and zombies. The rest is fair game LOL

I never got into the fad of zombies, I don't like their concept, y'know? Which is weird, considering I enjoy vampires, and they're all undead.Horror I simply can't read. For instance, I tried reading

I can't read those kind of books either. :( And I HATE mystery books.

SOme very, very light horror I can handle, though. Like Anne Rice, for instance. But the full-out horror? Nope, nope, nope.I kinda like mystery books, though they don't tend to be my first choice. I lean toward historical fiction and fantasy as my to-go genres.
Oh my gosh then you both would LOVE the All Souls Trilogy!!! Perfect blend of history, fantasy, and romance.
I've just finished Cry Wolf, will post the review tomorrow morning. Moving on to Lies I Told.

I haven't read it, but I've watched the TV show (which I heard it a lot different) and liked it a lot.
Oh yeah, I can't drop it, even if I die lol, and when it's a series.... well imagine :DAnd The Lying Game is good so far, I'm listening to it actually :D

I am halfway through with The Book of Life for "Teammate's Initial" so let's see what Jessica says about her "A" in JUMNAJI and her "Fantasy" categories. We could always use it towards Round Two if Jessica has those read or started already. I offered to do her "A" in JUMANJI also, I just received An Abundance of Katherines as a gift :)

Considering we have no clue about Jessica's progress, I don't think we should take one of hers away in case she has read it and hasn't checked in yet.

@Edita & @Tati If Ubah & Bookbuyer both say no, you may start on my Part 1 #4 "soil" or just pick a category and begin ROUND TWO! I already set up a buddy read with one other girl for The Martian for "soil" so you can either read that book with her and get a buddy read point, or, I'll tell her "nevermind" and you can choose another book with soil on the cover, preferably another buddy read :P
Girls, just let me know! I'm nearly done with Lies I Told, and will be holding off until tomorrow to start on A Darker Shade Of Magic, so I can squeeze something in

We gotta finish these ten books by the end of this weekend (June 14th or 15th) or we won't have a realistic chance at completing Round TWO.

I think that, for this one, before we use random.org, we could check who has buddies scheduled and how those books would fit the descriptions before assigning the rest of the descriptions

Yeah I say we each look through the buddy reads that's going on and fit it into a category, and just do first come first serve? (First post, first serve? Lol) Assign the unchosen remainders? Everyone agree & ok with that?
I'd like to do the Paper Towns buddy read if that's okay. That fits into:-800 pages of your choice
-buddy read/group read
-romance
-someone goes missing
-car on the cover (for one of the editions)
-I'll look for more categories it fits and edit this post
Yup! It's 3am here but I'm almost done I'n going to finish this book and sleep, I won't be available tomorrow btw! There is a br going on for the Off-campus or smth like that, which starts tomorrow I'll read that book, that was already in my to read list, so it'd be a win win for me

Romance for sure, than it's in college, also it's called the deal so teammates' name, as Tati and Danielle :D i can use it in 800 pages too, maybe it can fit somewhere else too...And btw I'd love to read paper towns too, if i have time lol

Also they're are going to be some categories I'm not going to be able to do. So I'm fine with the first come first serve and prioritizing BR. It'll just be harder for me to find and read books. Sorry. >.<

and I'm reading Hunting Ground, which can be used either for fantasy of for "hunt"
Yeah I thought about that too, I'll check tomorrow, btw if it doesn't fit and Jessica's fantasy is available tomorrow, I'll take that maybe, I have many fantasy books that are in BR list

Oooh you read adult paranormal/romance as well Tati? I acutally own that book and was considering reading it for animals but I find my interest flagging in adult books recently. >.<
