eBook not showing up at B&N

I read through a topic by another author who was having this issue, but I'm still not 100% sure I understand. The book is live on B&N now with the ISBN 9780990868811, but doesn't show up when you click the link for B&N for that version. I tried choosing Nook as the type instead of ebook, but that didn't work.

I get that customers will see buttons based on their preference, but if the book is at B&N under that ISBN and the customer prefers B&N, shoudln't it show up when they click the link?

The easy answer would be that according to B&N the ebook does not use that ISBN it uses a BNID, so a new edition would need to be created with the BNID.

The current ebook edition should stay the way it is, since that ISBN is used for smashwords and maybe some other sites.

ahh, got it. So would I put the B&N ID in the ISBN 10 box or somewhere else?

No, in the ISBN-13 (it has 13 digits).

But please add a new edition, do not change this one.
