SOLVED: YA book: swans, girl with red hair, deja vu, dead father [s]

All I can remember of this YA book is that the main character is a girl named Philippa who has (I think) red hair. Her father is dead, she moves somewhere with a lake, and she keeps having deja vu related to the place she's staying. I think there is some kind of secret (which is somehow related to her father, a painting, and the fact that she'd been there before) that is revealed when one of the swans dies...

I know that this is really vague, but maybe someone out there knows what I'm talking about!
