One Nomination per person (2 if you really can't decide).

The book you nominate has to be "A Horror"

Nominations will be open until the 10th of January.

The Silence of the Lambs (Hannibal Lecter #2) by Thomas Harris or Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn

message 4: by Lauren (new)

Lauren Smith I don't know if I'd call Sharp Objects horror... It's more like a mystery novel with horror elements.

Have you read it? If so I'll nominate something else :)

message 6: by Lauren (new)

Lauren Smith Yes, I've read it. There are definitely a lot of horrific things in the novel (those people are FUCKED UP), but the story is essentially a murder mystery that the main character is trying to solve. But yeah, it's a bit borderline.

Think I should nominate something else then?

message 8: by Lauren (new)

Lauren Smith Lol, I'm a bit torn, because I would actually like it if it was the group read :) But, like I said, I wouldn't call it horror. So yeah, I think you should nominate something else. Not that you have to, since you already have Silence of the Lambs.

Was going to go through my tbr list to choose a nomination, but I think I'll just go with this :)

Cool I won't nominate it then :)

Will see if there is anything else I want to add laters.

Lauren Smith Ok, changed my mind about nominating something, now that I know a new movie of this is coming out in 2013:
Carrie by Stephen King

I read it years ago, but I'd like to do a re-read. And it's surprisingly short for King :)
