Karen I would like to nominate the suspense novella "Cold Night Distance" by Brad Goldberg. This was a compelling story reminiscent of classic Twilight Zones that reminded me why I love reading. I highly recommend it!Cold Night Distance

Smilla's Sister (smillassister) | 2 comments I'd like to nominate Memoria. A Corporation of Lies by Alex Bobl. It's sort of action technothriller set in a dystopian near-future. It's a hard-boiled book but it has a good positive aura to it which is what I liked.

message 35: by Seeley (new)

Seeley James (seeleyjames) Is there a genre associated with this forum? It looks predominately Urban Fantasy & Romance (or closely related)?

I'm a thriller fan. I host a review blog and nominate the three who won the 2012 Seeley James Awards.

Peace, Seeley

hey Seeley, we're nominating our favorites from any (and all) genres out of the books that have posted in this group for review.

Alana ~ The Book Pimp (loonyalana) | 501 comments Because I am a HUGE PNR/Urban Fantasy fan, that's primarily the books I nominated. But I threw a few out there that I read 'outside of the box'... well, my usual box, anyway
