I am reading Freak of Nature by Julia Crane. I love it and I can't wait to read the second installment of the series.

I finished
! It's one of those books where I told myself I would only read for five more minutes because I need study, but somehow those five minutes turned into five more, then five more, until eventually I got to the end. Since it's a BOTM for March, I would definitely recommend people in this group reading it. I'll warn you, it's pretty brutal, and not only because it's the zombie apocalypse but because the main character has depression.

Is it like that, or just really violent?
I didn't find it to be very scary (at least, not for me because I don't get scared easily by books). It was quite gruesome in several parts and it reminds me of a horror movie. The scariest parts had to do when the characters actually came face to face with zombies, which was probably three times (with one of those being a much longer part). I think you should give it a try.
Heard a lot about Anna and the French Kiss so thought about giving it a try. Its a stand alone I suppose . This is the first stand alone am reading then. Lol

about two days ago. Pick this up and read it now! I was going to read the sequel but...I couldn't get a feel for it.I actually have so..."
I've read the sequel to The Forest of Hands and Teeth and I can get why you wouldn't get into it. It annoyed me how it takes place several years later after the first one and with the daughter. I still liked it, but it wasn't as good as the first one.
I'm going to have the read that again too. It's been awhile since I've read it, so I can't remember much.
Is the 'horror' level of This Is Not a Test more or less like The Forest Of Hands and Teeth, Kaitlin???
Oh, man, I can't really tell. I think The Forest of Hands and Teeth has more actual fighting against the zombies, but This is Not a Test isn't any scarier than it. For most of the book, the characters had barricaded themselves inside their school, and tried to figure out how to live through the apocalypse.
Ok I just finished
it was amazing kept me guess right to the end I have no clue what I'm going to read now
@Elizabeth Oh read Anna and the French kiss. You can finish it in hours. It'd be a good break for you from those cliffhangers. ;)
The bloodline series. Right? Am planning to get them. There are so many books in my to read. Want to finish em all.
I know the feeling trust me but the bloodline series and VA series is so awesome they don't leave you needing tissues at the end trust me
Thank god! I'll surely read em then. I had enough of crying and sadness all over my face. Phew!! Lol :D
Ok then which one first? Btw I have the Iron Fey series. Am planning to start it tomorrow or day after tomorrow most probably.
I have them all too and the iron knight too which was really good I think you will like the they are diffrent and after reading them I had to read a midnight summers dream puck is so funny

Yes definetly otherwise you will be confused and not get to know some of the characters that make the story what it is

by Tuesday."I've found out that my spark for that series has kind of fizzled out, but I still enjoy the Greek and Roman spin of series the Rick Riordan has written.
I'm having a little trouble getting into it trying to get all the kingdoms straight maybe I'm just slow idk hoping it gets to the story soon
I'm hoping that I can read that soon. My school library was closed today because it was the first day of the trimester, so it was restricted for textbook checkouts. I also want to start Graceling again.Anyway, I'm currently reading The Book Thief (for the second time).
