Jason (ancatdubh2) Just be aware that these are the original translations from 1922–1930 that do not include any re-workings from the 1954 definitive French edition, so there will be some differences from the Modern Library version that the group is reading.

(Also, I much prefer Feedbooks over Project Gutenberg, which is identical in text but much better w/r/t formatting: http://www.feedbooks.com/books/search...)

ReemK10 (Paper Pills) | 1025 comments Thanks Jason. I ordered the edition that the group is reading, but thought that I would post this link in case there are people around the world who don't have access to a copy. Thanks for the feedbooks link. :)

ReemK10 (Paper Pills) | 1025 comments My pleasure. Let's hope Proust 2013 reaches global proportions, and with this free link, everyone can take part.:)

Gail (appleshoelace) Can I just ask a question, as I'm completely new to reading Proust, and I don't know anything about this novel yet. I've just bought it from Amazon here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Remembrance-T... and the one I bought has 7 volumes, same as the ones listed here from Project Gutenberg. Does this mean I don't have the full novel? It was the only Kindle version in English I could find.

ReemK10 (Paper Pills) | 1025 comments Hi Gail.Jason, in the thread Books/Translations to Purchase gives this link that includes a kindle edition: http://www.amazon.com/Search-Lost-Tim...

Gail (appleshoelace) Thanks Reemk10. I'm in the UK though, so I use the UK Amazon - I can't purchase Kindle books from the US Amazon. I take it the version I bought isn't the complete one? Is there a volume missing that I can purchase individually?
