Lake

Alex sat by the lake.

Alex saw her, but didn't say anything.

Alex looked up at the sky.

"No prob," Alex said. "I'll leave if you want me to."

"No, really. I hate to ruin your swim."

[Ruth]

"Ok," Alex said.

Alex stared out over the lake.

[Ruth]

"I'm Alex," Alex introduced himself.

[Ruth]

Alex nodded. He shook her hand.

[Ruth]

"I should be getting on," Alex said. He stood up to leave.

[Ruth]

Alex started to walk away.

Jane walked here, she smiled sitting on a rock carefully putting her feet in

She was unaware of what was beneath the water, she just traced some shapes with her toes

[Sky]

Adria stood on the shoreline with her arms folded across her chest, a bag hanging over her shoulder and her bow and quiver strung across her back.

About 5 minutes away from the rivermouth by foot, in a small unnoticeable inlet, Ri uncovered his boat and put his gear inside, leaving Tas around his neck to keep the reptile warm. After doing so, he rowed the boat in the direction of the mouth of the river.

Beginning to pace, Adria wondered if he'd changed his mind. But, no, he'd be there. He was just...running a little late.
