I have no idea. I like that the book is an expansion of a story told on an album (by the same name, it's Rush), which is why I find this interesting. Also:
Pirates! Carnivals! Anarchists! Fun & interesting stuff that.
a lavish and colorful world of steampunk and alchemy with lost cities, pirates, anarchists, exotic carnivals, and a rigid Watchmaker who imposes precision on every aspect of daily life.

Yeah, was sold when the description included both pirates and steampunk. I really hope it will live up to my expectation!
