Is anybody else doing the challenge panicking like me? I have commited to this challenge and I'd like to finish it up but it might be a photo finish. Hope everyone is enjoying a nice holiday season :)
I've decided not to panic, and just accept my lack of organizational skills :) I've read 21 of 26, and I doubt I'll get in another that fits my missing letters. I admit I was very bad at reading books to fit challenges this year. I can only promise myself to do better in 2014.
I finished this challenge one day late. I wanted to finish it nonetheless. This was a fun way to find new authors and new series too. I got so many good titles to read for the new year. So exciting!!! :)
I'm having trouble with U and Y. Right now I'm looking at Suzanne Young and Nicola Upson but I'm not really interested in either series. Any other ideas? Have we found anyone with a first name starting with Y maybe, like Yvonne?
I found one that looks like it's probably cozy Aunty Lee's Delights: A Singaporean Mystery
by Ovidia Yu. That would help with O or Y.I'm still not sure if I will do this all cozy or through in a couple of non-cozy mysteries. I will have to see as it gets closer to the of the year I guess.
Still not sure what to do about U.
Also for Z, A Taste of the Nightlife
by Sarah Zettel is a paranormal cozy. I haven't read it yet, but it looks like lots of people have shelved it as cozy.

I think I give up. I've done horribly in it. Anyone who wants to is welcome to go for it. We're going to have a mini-challenge that Nell is putting together, and I have a couple of ideas too.
