Does anyone know why when you go to If I Were You (not sure if this is happening on other books as right now I am trying figure out this one out) cannot get past page 20 of Newest and Oldest or page 100 on Default.

Many of the search and sort options on Goodreads now have page limits built-in. I think the error here (if it is an error) is that the book page suggests there are 400+ pages of reviews. There might be, but I think there is likely to be an actual limit of 100 pages unsorted or 20 pages sorted.
I would wait and see if anyone can confirm that or not and then you could consider a bug report.
I'm impressed that you could read 100, or even 20, pages of reviews.
