Avery took the last thing out of her suitcase and stuffed it under her bed. She felt the bulge on her pocket; yup, it's still there. She turned around to make sure Avalon wasn't looking; she wasn't. Her back was turned. "Ummm, I'm gonna go to the library," Avery stated. "I'll see you in our first class. You have gym first period, right?"
Avalon turned away from her bags and looked at Avery. She looked a little nervous. "Uh... yep. Oh, that'll be fun." Avalon said sarcastically, looking at her schedule.

(( Haha! I know how RPing works! ;)))"Yeah, sure! Just let me quickly put this stuff away." Avalon zipped her completely full suite case and picked it up with one arm opened the closet with another and shoved it inside. "There! I'm ready now!" She beamed.
Syrena timidly knocked on the door and waited to see if anyone would open it.
In one bound, Avalon opened the door. "Hey," she grinned.

"Hola. No...hablo....Espanol?" Syrena stutters between syllables. She was never good at Spanish. She waves timidly. "Hi." She says in her usual hushed voice. "Cant I come in?" She asked, motioning in the room.

"Sure," Avery answered as she looked at Avalon to see if she was OK with it.
Avalon held the door open wider so the girl could enter.
Syrena sauntered inside, gaping at the girls' exquisite decorating style. (lol I love that word. "exquisite" sorry off track!)"Wow. It looks great in here!" Syrena gushed.
Avalon smiled. "Thanks. I'm Avalon," She said holding out her hand.
Syrena shook her hand. "I'm Syrena." (Sorry I have to go. Maybe we could continue this later? bye)

"Uh, do you guys no each other Avalon?" Avery questioned.
Syrena awkwardly stutters, "W-w-well n-not exactly..."

"It's a really complicated story from the past. We're past that now, at least I am..." Syrena glanced at Avalon to see her reaction. ((lol I love the suspenseful attitude that I can make for Syrena in the story. She's hiding a lot of secrets...))

"OK..." Avery stated, very obvious to her that there was still a little tension in the room. "So, um, where's your dorm at?" Avery inquired, as she tried to stray away from the previous subject.
((Do you want me to make a room for you by yourself for now, until someone wants to join with you?))
((Sounds good. If no one joins me in like a week or so, I'm sure we could put a real character from the book in there or make up one.)) Syrena smiled, finally feeling like she was entering into safe and comfortable territory. "It's down the hall. You guys should come visit sometime. Syrena pursed her lips. "So what do you guys want to talk about now?"
((Hey guys sorry! I was at my brother's soccer game! And yeah! I'm glad that exams are over too! LOL!!)) Avalon stood there, examining the new comer. Avalon wasn't usually a cold person, but she sensed something about this girl that didn't really feel right.

Avery could sense the animosity in the room. She felt a bit awkward standing there. Like she was interfering with some drawn out fight.
((Ok, will do!!)) Avalon stood stiffly, ready tofight if need be. This conversation got very tense very fast.
Suddenly a loud knock on the door disturbed the intense silence in the room. Syrena was relieved for the awkwardness to have been broken up a little.

Avalon stood stock still and waited for Avery to open the door.
