He finally revealed his past, he told every one that his mouth was a human, but in reality, she was something that was very stronger than any demon he has faced.

Kyra and Kate were walking down the path, Kate looking like a large red fox because thats basically what she was, a fox demon and kyra looked like a large wolf, though not so much having a few human characteristics, they tussled every once in a while having fun until Kate smelled other wolves, she bared her teeth a little and moved forward.

Surprise lit her face as she listened quietly, never had she heard of a half demon, half god before. A wry smile lifted her lips, her mind racing to comprehend the mix. "It's an ironic mix." She finally mused, glancing back towards the fire. With silence filling the air, Yumiko's eyelids began to feel heavy with exhaustion. So many things had happened and it was beginning to take its toll on her consciousness, dulling her senses to their surroundings even as others made their way towards them.

[Matthew]

Matt smirked as he scratched the back of his head." Yeah very ironic mix." He said smiling as he leaned her down and covered her in a blanket of furs he had made and stood guard the whole night." I will take the first watch yumiko." He said looking at the drifting half demon. He smiled and kept his sword on his back as he looked towards the stars as they were shining much brighter tonight.

Yumiko allowed herself to be laid down, a soft smile lit her lips. "Wake me if you get too tired." She murmured, curling up beneath the blanket of furs. "Thanks, Matthew." Those were the last words she spoke before drifting off into peaceful sleep.
A few hours later, Yumiko began to stir. Reaching up to run a hand through her hair, she gave a soft sigh, realizing her wolf ears had faded along with the night. She opened her eyes, casting a glance towards the sky with a grimace. "So it begins..." She mused and sat up.

Matt had fallen asleep as he woke up with her." Whats begining?" He asked as he looked at her and rubbed his eyes. He smiled and looked at her as he yawned and got up to change clothes and clean himself. He also grabbed a bite to eat and grabbing a bite for his partner.

"My powers are beginning to wan along with the moon." She answered simply, a sad glint in her eyes. "Also meaning in a couple days, I'll be forced into my true form." There was no reason to hide the cycle of her demonic power, she was openly honest. Following suit, cleaned up before returning to their makeshift camp and offered a soft smile when she saw the food. "Thanks."

"Will you attack me, i will fight you if you want me to hold you back until you turn back. " He said smiling as he looked at her and drew his sword as he stuck it into the ground as he looked at the sad glint in her eyes.

A girl hid as she listened to them talk.

A soft laugh escaped her and she shook her head. "No." Yumi answered, shifting her gaze away from him. "The difference is you'll have a large wolf at your side rather than a girl. I've never been away from the tribe when the change took place, so..." Her words trailed off and shrugged her shoulders.

[Matthew]

Matt sighed as he flopped down next to her as he looked at her." Yumi is yumi no matter what." He said laying his head down in her lap as he looked straight up at her. He wouldn't let her be discouraged as he had his own dark secrets. He had to keep his demigod one a secret for a while until he told yumi.

[Shelby]

"Thank you." Yumiko said, looking down at him as he laid his head in her lap. Smiling softly, she felt undeniably content; reassured by his presence alone. "Where shall we travel from here?" She asked, absently stroking his hair while she spoke. "Just see where the road takes us or did you have a destination in mind?"

[Matthew]

"Yup, i still plan on taking you from your duties for a while don't you forget that." He said as this was sorta kidnapping sorta running away. He would watch over her with all his power.

[Shelby]

An amused grin lifted her lips, her blue eyes alight with laughter. "Good to know." She laughed, shaking her head. No matter what came their way, she had no plan to leave his side; not even the responsibilities that awaited her at home. Absently thinking, her grin softened into a wry smile. "Running away sounds better than ever returning home." She mused.

"But you always need to return home........ if you have no home to return to....... then you can't say you have a family to return to." He said looking up at her as he wasn't wanted anywhere except by her side. If she wanted him by her side for a long time. He will stay by her side for a long time.
