Breed > Think about the extremes that the Twisden's went to. Would you do something like that (for any reason, not limited to infertility)?

This part of the book made my skin crawl. The office conditions; the slobbery, leg humping dog; and the creepiness of the doctor not to mention the aftermath.

No. In the case of fertility I would have adopted or gotten a surrogate instead.

I would have a hard time going to any foreign country for a medical procedure especially a small under developed one.
