Eriele: Renz is right. Reading is fun. It is sometimes even better that what others think as fun like watching mediocre movies or hanging out in a bar or something.

Lol. Their usual questions are like, "Aren`t you getting tired of reading?" And the question that freaked me out most was: "Kailan ka ba titigil magbasa, ha? Pag nabulag ka na?" Lolcrazy.
@Eriele yeah i know! :) reading a book is sometimes an escape :) most of the time, i get sooo jealous of the main character :')
Renz David wrote: "@Eriele and Joanna, My friends laugh at me when I bring books in our trips. They said that we are supposed to have fun. Well, I consider reading books as FUN. Haha."it really is! :D books can be FUN :)

Hi. I'm, uhmm, Crystal. 19. Living in Baguio, though I wasn't born and raised here in the Philippines. And currently taking up a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering. I only started reading novels in high school. Harry Potter Book 4. That's the first book I read. :) Mejo na-weirduhan ako na sa Book 4 ako nag-start. Pero ayos lang.
Genre? Adventure, Science Fiction, Suspense/Thriller, Fantasy, Humor. Kahit anong libro na out of the ordinary, actually. A break from my oh-so-ordinary life. :) Authors? Bob Ong, James Patterson, Dan Brown and Rick Riordan.
I don't have that much time reading books. My studies are taking up most of my time.
It's nice to be part of this group. Sana maging close ko kayo. :D

wow!! are you watching the olympics then??
XTINE: Whoa, talking about being in the right place at the soon-to-be right time (the Olympics)! In China, the young people were asked to become volunteers in assisting tourists or something. Some of my friends in Hong Kong and Singapore (who could speak perfect Mandarin and English) had a good time brushing elbows (photo ops, actually) with the players and dignitaries.CRYSTAL: Welcome! I also studied (college; 1st degree) in Baguio (SLU) for 4 years although I was not born there (Manila). I enjoyed those 4 years. Lots of memories. My favorite past time was going to Imelda Park, finding a quiet place, lying on the grass and watching clouds go by. But that was in the 80's (you were not born yet ha ha). I am not sure if there is still a quiet secluded and grassy place inside Imelda Park :)
Yey. Salamat ng marami, Kwesi, Kryss, and Po. :)Sir KD: Thank you po! :) I'm not sure if there is still a quiet and grassy place here in Baguio. Too much pollution. Wish I experienced Baguio the way you had. I think I'm starting to hate the city. :(
Anyway, I was thrilled to know you graduated from SLU. Louisian din po ako! :D SLU just had its centennial celebration. It now has 3 university campuses in Baguio. Other than that, hmm... nothing has changed. Buildings still look a hundred years old. :)
And yehey sa mga kapwa ko newbie. :) Veneficus, epic name. Napansin ko lang po. :)
@Joana ^_^V I'm an avid fan of HP. Hehe.@Po, thanks for the welcome.
@K.D., oooh, SLU, madami Akong klasmeyts na grumadweyt diyan. Nice. I want to go to Baguio (habol sa Summer Saya!) haha.
@Crystal, thanks. Hehe. Veneficus is the Latin word for 'wizard'. :) Welcome to the group!
Welcome! Butterbeer cheers!
Happy Easter!
Veneficus: Thank you po sa welcome. :) Wizard, huh. No wonder you like Harry Potter. If you don't mind, I'd like to ask why you were named as such? Na-i-intriga po talaga ako eh. Pasensya na. :)
Crystal wrote: "Veneficus: Thank you po sa welcome. :) Wizard, huh. No wonder you like Harry Potter. If you don't mind, I'd like to ask why you were named as such? Na-i-intriga po talaga ako eh. Pasensya na. :)"no, it's not My real name, I just loved the term, may 'angas' kasi. Hehe. Peace. ^_^v :D

Tsaka feeling ko na-dispel na ung rumors, di lang ako updated. There was supposed to an 8th book? Ang title pa nga lang daw eh Hellfire Potion.
oh, I dunno. Marami ngang rumors ang naglabasan noon. Sabi nila, Rowling will definitely continue to write pero 'di na 'daw' 'bout HP. Yung iba, haka-haka, na ang susunod na book ay companion book ng HP (like Fantastic Beasts. . . etc.)na parang encyclopedia. Pero ngayon Ko lang actually nabasa/narinig yang tungkol sa Hellfire Potion. Hehe. Sana nga magkaroon pa ng kasunod or prequel ng HP. :)
@Kryss: Hello! :D@Crystal: OOO. BAGUIO. Taga doon ako. SLU ka pala. :D
@Sir K.D.: OOOOOOO. Baliktad naman po tayo. I'm from Baguio pero currently studying in Manila. xD
