Okay, well it's actually number two. Math isn't my strong suit. Number two is Please Look After Mom.

Oooh. Just read the rules of this one and it sounds great. Off to find some dice so I can get started :)
Failed to find dice so using the online dice roll. Flying start with a 9 so back on the Baldacci bandwagon with First Family. Now have to unpack my boxes of books from our recent house move and find out if I have this one yet or if I'll be back online to add it to my Booktopia list of purchases...Slight problem with the book unpacking in that I haven't gotten around to getting shelves for the new house yet. Book mountains against the walls it is!
LOL - while you're at it - make a Fortress! ;)
Good Luck finding your book. Half my books are packed for our move (only the read ones, he he he, I need ready access to my tbr)

Fortress is right! I think that I need to convert one room to a library for me :)I've given up on the searching in the book boxes and resorting to the kindle version. At least I can find that one. I just have to finish the July read A Game of Thrones first as I'm really liking that one.
Woo hoo! On a roll. #8 Rules of Civility
I'm almost caught up to my projected goal for this time of the year. (I'm one book behind right now.)
Great Adrienne! I'm a late starter on this one. Haven't even gotten the first of mine read yet. It's next on the list though. Hopefully I'll get my goal read. I know it's only 4 months to go before the end of the year but I'm hoping that when I get on a roll there won't be too many hold ups.
Well, my car got totaled in a wreck, so what with all that chaos, I haven't had time to read much. Hope I don't get behind again! I've got the next book now.

I hope you're ok, Adrienne! My car was totaled earlier this year, so I know just all the hassle you're going through -- insurance, choosing a replacement car. etc. I'm happy with my new one now, though, so I hope soon you will be.

Aw thanks, Susan. I am remarkably uninjured for how mashed up my car is. Just a few bruises. I think I'll buy another one of those cars.

I felt the same way about my Prius. I was rear-ended, and the entire trunk crumpled up like an accordion, but I didn't even feel a twinge of anything.

I finished A Monstrous Regiment of Women. That means 21 down of the 50 I was going to try to do in the year.
Finally I got the first one off the list First Family. I know that I only said 10 for me by the end of the year but that first one took me forever to start. Now that I'm off the zero mark hopefully I will keep on rolling :)Only rolled a 3 this time. Another Baldacci book True Blue.
Yay! I'm on a roll. Finished True Blue 2 down, only 8 to go. :)Next rolled a 4. The Christmas Train.
Note to self - Start from position 14
Finished another one! Next roll: 6+3, so number 16
In Siberia. Travel writing. Perfect for the last blaze of Indian summer here in Oklahoma.
Alrighty. That's Arcadia read. Now, another 11. To number 36. Kind of Kin which takes place in my home state.

So... I think you've reached your goal for the year? and are just going on to see how many more you can smash down or have you revised your goal to a higher number, Adrienne?

My goal is 20. I don't remember changing it, but that doesn't mean anything. I have six books to go.
So, I loved Kind of Kin! A roll of the dice, and 5+6=11. Number 46. Rutherford Park it is. 5 books to go!
I started this in late October last year and just finished book 27 from my TBR list. Thanks for thinking this one up, Tien, it's really helped me get my pile down ... oh, that would be almost a lie. As I read the old ones, new ones pile up. It never ends! Oh well :)
It's a vicious cycle, LynnB!
I have to confess that one day, I got really bored and just started rolling and rolling and now my list looks a complete mess so I can't really be bothered looking at it :(
Thinking I'll restart at beginning of year and try to keep my list neat & tidy by limiting my rolls ;p
It's awesome that you got your "old" books off the TBR!! At least you have a good excuse on adding new ones ;)

I started out with the same problem and so I started limiting myself to no more than 4-5 rolls ahead. It helped because I was starting to feel overwhelmed with the list again.

That's a great idea! Mine is a real mess, because I weeded my TBR midway through the year, adding a "considering" shelf for things I was less sure about.

So, I was going to read Rutherford Park, but it just wasn't holding my attention, so I switched it to Sense & Sensibility because they were both published in 2013. Just 3 to go!
I noticed a new Moving Mt.TBR game for 2014 but was wondering if this one will be kept going as well because I never got around to reading any books for it and would like to give it another try in 2014.
