Otto The American Political Science Association has honored me with its 2013 Ralph J. Bunche Award for my new book, Juan in a Hundred: Representations of Latinos on the Network News published by the University of Texas Press. Three books were honored this year. "The Bunche Award is given annually for the best scholarly work in political science that explores the phenomenon of ethnic and cultural pluralism."
