English author and English publication first book title England is 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone'. Not Sorcerer's. Can this be changed with the US version moved to an edition? thank you

It is the most popular edition so it is the default edition. Currently there is no way to change the default edition.
You can switch however to another version. From the book page, click on the link to "other editions", and choose your version, using the "switch to this edition" button.
You can change your edition, but that doesn't change the fact that the default edition is shown at lot of places on Goodreads.
