The Amazon used to be the BIGGEST rainforest in th WORLD!! But latly the Brazilians have been cutting it down for the growing population. So all those unique animals down there are dieing because there home is being destroyed!! The tigers, the birds, the water animals, EVERTHING is being destroyed just so the people living there can a little more backyard space!!!! This is what a generation has come to!!

I know, sad. But the problem is that we can't do anything about it. It's a different country. We can talk to them about not doing this but they probably wouldn't listen. What needs to happen is that A LOT more countries then us need to get on their back about it. Then they'll probably do something about it. But now nothing will happen. Because the gov is not even on their back about it, much less other countries.
I know...but I just feel sad for the animals living there.I mean what if people took YOUR home away.

Have you guys seen "PomPoco" (idk on the spelling) but it's a Japan movie. It tells the story of raccons who's home is being torn down because of the growing Japan popualtion. FYI that really did happen they cut down a lot of trees to make cookie-cutter houses. It had a bitter-sweet endding.
