I'm new. Having trouble understanding what Goodreads means when my profile says about my book that someone "added it." What's added it mean? Added it to what?

They added it to their lists of books they've read, want to read, &c.

All you do is go to any book, click on the cover image and add it to your shelves.

Thanks, Mike. I'm not as much bibliophile as most folks around here. I reckon. I've just never thought about having a list a books I want to read.
