MJ Nicholls (mjnicholls) | 211 comments All B.S. Johnson is out of print, apart from the 1964-1973 novels.

Paul Bryant London Consequences: A Novel - this is a novel by Penelope Lively - maybe BS wrote a preface?

message 4: by MJ (new)

MJ Nicholls (mjnicholls) | 211 comments London Consequences is a multi-authored novel, one chapter per author. I think Johnson was the editor, but there's scant info on this, he may simply have contributed a chapter. Not sure where you got the Penelope Lively from . . .

Paul Bryant oops, she has a novel called Consequences and she lives in London!

the one we're talking about is described as a novel with each chapter composed by a different author including Johnson, Margaret Drabble, Paul Ableman and others.

The name of that kind of beast is a round robin, I think. Never heard of it before.

Nate D (rockhyrax) | 120 comments I submit the motion to make Fat Man on a Beach, despite being a film, canon and completion criteria. Though it seems to have vanished from youtube, denying us a link for the moment.
