The bootcamp went well. I was exhausted by the end of week two but I made it through. The weight loss process is coming along well. I decided not to weigh myself or to do measurements until the end of this week. So I'm not sure of exact numbers but I know I have come down in inches as well as weight. I feel different and my clothes fit me differently as well. I feel like I have more of a handle on my schedule now between, work, kids, school, reading, etc. so I intend to do better with checking in.
Hope everyone is still moving forward with maintaining a healthy life.

Being busy is good...keeps us away from trouble..LOL..

Day 1
Morning: 30 minute- Cardio Overdrive (The Firm DVD)
20 minute- walk/run on the treadmill
Anticipated evening:
30 minute- Budukon DVD
20 minute- walk/run on treadmill

Morning: 30 minute- High Definition Sculpt (The Firm DVD)
15 minute- walk/run on the treadmill
Evening: 30 minute- Belly Dance DVD
15 minute- walk/run on the treadmill
Day 3
Morning: 60 minute- Winsor Pilates
Evening: Budukon DVD
Daily
8 or more glasses of water
High Protein Diet

March 16 Morning:
Pilates
High Protein diet
8 or more glasses of water
Two Week Bootcamp:
Two workouts a day:
Morning- weights and cardio at least 45 minutes
Evening- alternating between pilates/yoga/belly dance and at least 30 minutes of cardio
Food & Water Intake:
Fruit & Veggies for breakfast and lunch
Chicken or fish with veggies for dinner
Snacks: a few peanuts and sugar free jello
At least 8 glasses of water a day.
Hot Beverage in the morning with breakfast- green tea w/ honey
