Hi, My name is Ken and I'm an author from the top end of the island. I love reading, writing and words and that's what inspired me to write a couple of funny (I think), contemporary fantasy adventures...Dark Tidings and the sequel, The Black Conspiracy.

When I'm not tied up with words, I love music, the odd tipple and a bit of craic. I hope to meet lots of new friends here... fingers crossed.

I'm starting to wind down for the day... one of the many advantages of working from home!

I always like a bit of music to get me out of work mode. My favourite Irish artist at the moment is Rory Gallagher (not Rory from the 70s who I loved back then). Here's one of his light-hearted numbers... it's fun, particularly if you've ever bought a dodgy watch in Lanzarote (or anywhere).
