Autumn | 16 comments Anybody tried out recipes from this book yet? There are some sample recipes in this month's VegNews. I made the mozzarella--it tastes a bit yogurt-y to me but is quite good in a caprese salad. I'm in the process of making some rejuvelac so I can try other cheeses!

I haven't seen the book yet.

I LOVE her cooking though. She used to have the best restaurant in my city, called Now and Zen. I have one omnivore friend who, I think, misses it even more than I do. The best meal I've ever had was a vegan Thanksgiving meal there.
