Does this cover look familiar?

Has anyone noticed that the book, Leopard Moon, has pretty much the EXACT same cover as the Fallens book cover?

The cover is a failure, people will only see it as a copycat. No matter how good the story, it has a minus already....

Haha, I just realized that! Oh well. I'm happy with the book as long as the main character dies in it. Or gets tortured. Or gets really badly hurt. Speaking of which, do any of you know really good books where the main character dies?
