I just finished this book and really want to know what others think about the Little Seamstress' decision to leave the village. Why'd she do it? Do you think it was the right decision? What about poor Luo?

Jackie (thenightowl) I read this a couple of months ago, so I don't remember complete details. I do remember feeling sorry for Lou, because I felt like she played him. My belief is that the Little Seamstress wanted more out of life. I think when Lou and his friend came to her village and showed her that there was more out there she took the chance to learn what she could in preparation to venture out.

What did you think about it?

Kandice I read this QUITE a while ago, but think Jackie is right. They showed her there was more, and she wanted it. It's sad, but I think it was the right decision for HER.

Melissa (melitious) I agree, I think the Seamstress wanted something better out of life and these guys showed her that there was. I was honestly not surprised that she left in the slightest.
