Janeen-san (misswannareadalot) | 432 comments Like, it's a story that you write...as you go along. Here's an example:

LEAH WRTES: Kelli walked down the street.

JANEEN-SAN WRITES: Jane walked down the street and saw her best friend kelli. "hi!" she yelled 2 her.

Dorothy | 3 comments please try some of robert cormier's books. he's an amazing author with phenomenal character development. of course, "the chocolate war" is a must read, but also try some of his others, like "fade", "things fall down". you won't be disappointed!

message 20: by Dorothy (new)

Dorothy | 3 comments also, the book, "true confessions of a part time indian" is an amazingly funny and well written book. One of my faves!!!

message 21: by Janeen-san (new)

Janeen-san (misswannareadalot) | 432 comments The Chocolate War?

message 22: by Dorothy (new)

Dorothy | 3 comments Yup. it's called "the chocolate war",by robert cormier, but anything by this author is well worth the read. he knows teens and the fascinating social dynamics/pressure that can accompany that age group. there is always a psychological edge to his books that keep you turning the pages. try em and let me know what ya think.
