I completely understand. There is a need to balance the darker side of things.

TPBM likes Totino Pizzas.

message 3752: by Jenn (new)

Jenn (ace-geek) No, that's actually about the one brand of pizza I've ever disliked.

TPBM likes bands from other countries even if they can't understand the language.

message 3753: by Angie (new)

Angie Pangan | 4795 comments No. The lyrics are my favorite part of the song. I want to be able to understand the lyrics.

TPBM wishes that hey could swing dance.

message 3754: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes, if I ever move to a city again I would like to try to swing dance.

TPBM planted seeds this Spring. :)

message 3755: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments At least one new idea, so not sure if that counts because it's not plural.

TPBM is supposed to be working right now.

message 3756: by Angie (new)

Angie Pangan | 4795 comments Nope. I'm on spring break and for once, I have nothing to do.

TPBM has already finished their spring cleaning for the year.

message 3757: by Jenn (new)

Jenn (ace-geek) Haven't started. I refuse to call it spring when my hometown is covered in sleet.

TPBM is slowly getting bitter at this weather.

message 3758: by Angie (new)

Angie Pangan | 4795 comments I'm not bitter at all. It's about 80 degrees out, the weather is perfect, the sun is out, and there's a light breeze. I'm going to enjoy it for now. I know in a few weeks, we're going to get into the triple digits.

TPBM has eaten lunch already.

message 3759: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments I had a steak salad at Subway, to be exact.

TPBM once injured their hand while trying to open a bottle of soda.

message 3760: by Angie (new)

Angie Pangan | 4795 comments Well, I accidentally dropped the bottle and it shattered once. My hand got cut up in all the broken glass, if that counts.

TPBM doesn't like rootbeer.

message 3761: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments I love root beer, especially of the diet variety.

TPBM has no fear of going to the dentist.

message 3762: by Angie (new)

Angie Pangan | 4795 comments Not at all. I tend to fall asleep as they clean my teeth.

TPBM likes to knit.

message 3763: by Jenn (new)

Jenn (ace-geek) Nope, but I used to crochet.

TPBM has at least one book that they desperately want to see made into a movie.

message 3764: by Angie (new)

Angie Pangan | 4795 comments I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I'm sure there are a few.

TPBM has secretly begun preparing for the zombie apocalypse.

message 3765: by Rachel (new)

Rachel Strayer | 338 comments Nope. I can't imagine a hypothetical where it gets very far or lasts very long.

TPBM is anxiously awaiting the new season of Orange is the New Black.

message 3766: by [deleted user] (new)

I like the color orange. I am a fire sign, so anything with a flame.

TPBM knows when the Titanic was found under the sea.

message 3767: by Guy (last edited Mar 17, 2014 10:24PM) (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments Yes I do: it was sometime during my lifetime.

message 3768: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4489 comments Yes and no. I don't think I have ever seen that film all the way through... sometimes I get bored with it too.

TPBM when he/she hears about a story based on a "true story" wants to read on the real story to see how it is versus the film's claim on it.

message 3769: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments If I hear that something's based on a "true story", I always assume that at least SOME liberties were taken. That's why it's based on a true story and not actually a true story. There's a difference.

TPBM always giggles whenever they hear that a school's mascot is a cougar (because of the connotations is has with older women seeking younger men).

message 3770: by Angie (new)

Angie Pangan | 4795 comments Not really.

TPBM pronounces Bobby Flay as Bobby Fillet.

message 3771: by Rachel (new)

Rachel Strayer | 338 comments Never!

It drives TPBM nuts when people pronounce Rattata as "rat-ta-tat-ta."

TPBM thinks a tarantula would make a good school mascot, especially during football games.

message 3775: by Angie (new)

Angie Pangan | 4795 comments Definitely better than our school mascot, which happens to be a rabbit. Though our teams do win state championships, it is a bit strange when we're up against the Hawks, Mountain Lions, or even the Criminals. (No joke, there's actually a high school in our district whose mascot is the Criminal.)

TPBM felt a chill at the very end of "Will You Help Me Hide a Body".

Here's the link if you haven't heard it yet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=78g0S...

message 3776: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments Considering it's being done to happy-sounding music, I'd say that's a little creepy. Then again, the theme from "Tales From the Dark Side" wouldn't be any less creepy.

While writing a story, TPBM once compared a wound or infection to an already disgusting food such as cottage cheese or rotten tomatoes.

message 3777: by Jenn (last edited Mar 19, 2014 07:11PM) (new)

Jenn (ace-geek) No, I don't get that graphic or describe it in other ways(And I love cottage cheese).

TPBM likes drinking buttermilk more than regular milk.

message 3778: by Angie (new)

Angie Pangan | 4795 comments Buttermilk is a bit too heavy for me. I grew up on 2%.

TPBM wishes that they could go sky diving through clouds so that they could say that for a moment, they were lying on a cloud.

message 3779: by Rachel (new)

TPBM once described a cat as having “magical eyes”.

message 3782: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4489 comments I haven't but I guess that a cat that is over a friend's house has eyes that could be described like that. Plus she has an unusual pattern on her coat and is awesome! So unique.

TPBM wishes that their unfinished book would get finished to get published already!

message 3783: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments Seeing as how my next book is going to be a modern drama anthology that includes pieces I've written for this group and for Deviant Art, I've got a long ways to go before it's all edited and readable. I plan on calling this anthology American Darkness. Catchy, isn't it?

TPBM doesn’t see the point in standing in line for hours at a time just to get into a nightclub.

message 3784: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4489 comments (That does sound like a great title!)

Yep. I just never understood that whole scene in general.

TPBM has had at least one moment where they stayed up late just writing (a spark of "I've GOT to get this all down!").

message 3785: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments Every night, CJ. Every night. Most of the time, I remember a quote from somewhere so that I can use it in my blog entries and Deviant Art journal entries.

TPBM doesn’t see the point in ranking emotions on a scale of one to ten.

message 3786: by Rachel (new)

Rachel Strayer | 338 comments I have scored, studied, and taken enough psych evals to appreciate the usefulness of the practice.

message 3788: by Rachel (new)

TPBM finds that reading a beloved author's work helps clear up their writer's block.

message 3789: by Angie (new)

Angie Pangan | 4795 comments If it does, I wouldn't know. When I get reading a book by an author I really like, any thoughts of my own writing fly out of my head.

TPBM agrees with my 5 year old cousin that the smell of flatulence determines the "texture".

message 3790: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments Since my farts normally smell like rotting cheese and uncooked meat, I'd say your cousin is right on the money.

TPBM feels sorry for people with rhyming first and last names (examples include Clark Park, Conner Donner, Ryan Bryan, Kevin Levin, Darren Aaron, Abel Gable, Jane Kane, and, to use a real world example, Zoey Bowie).

message 3791: by Dana (new)

Dana (danachewy) Yes.

TPBM prefers peanut butter over jam.

message 3792: by [deleted user] (new)

No i like jam better

TPBM has written a bad check at least once. (Not a chipper spring topic but still...)

message 3793: by Gouri (new)

Gouri (gourianil) No.

TPBM is allergic to strawberries.

message 3794: by [deleted user] (new)

No. I am allergic to bee stings, poison ivy, and strange males.

TPBM Thinks goodreads is a bitch.

message 3795: by Gouri (new)

message 3799: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10185 comments If I don't like something, I don't eat it.

TPBM wonders why in the name of everything good and holy someone would use the penname Derf Backderf.

message 3800: by [deleted user] (new)

No, I think there's a reason why the author chose the penname :)

TPBM is ambidextrous.
