Lite väl amerikansk ibland med alltför många exempel, tomma ord och onödiga diagram.

Men för övrigt gillade jag boken och Coveys modell är högst intressant. Proaktivitet är nog den egenskap jag instämmer mest med, samt synergieffekterna som man ska sträva efter i sina relationer.

En klassiker och med tanke på de budskap som finns i boken, vilken effekt man får av att använda "Tänk Vinna-Vinna", "Var proaktiv" och "Gör det viktigaste först" och de andra vanorna kan det tyckas märkligt att jag bara ger boken en 4:a. Men sällan har jag läst en tråkigare skriven ledarskapsbok. När man läser en bok och kommer på sig själv att man inte varit koncentrerad och behöver gå tillbaka, inte bara en gång utan flera gånger, är det ett tecken på att den kunde skrivits mycket bättre.
