I am a retired RN, who when not writing, can be found romping through the mountains of Montana with my family, cooking new and exciting(?) meals, playing with my grandson and crazy Mastiff, and caring for our two chronically ill (Zebras) teenage daughters. I am a wife, a mother to four daughters, mother-in-law to a wonderful son and YaYa to my darling grandson. Life is not all roses and sunshine though. There are several days a month when I am unable to write due to the increased activity of my disease. I have
rheumatoid disease, which is being treated with weekly injections and daily oral medications.
Our two youngest daughters have a rare auto inflammatory disease and I am their at home medical caregiver. There are just 1200 people in the ...more
