“The 7 habits of highly effective people”, sau, tradusă, “Cele 7 deprinderi ale persoanelor eficace” este o altă lectură foarte promovată de oamenii pe care eu îi urmăresc cu drag în social media. Publicată în 1989, an încărcat pe plan european cu evenimente istorice definitorii, această carte prezintă foarte în detaliu 7 ‘deprinderi’ care, odată adoptate și practicate cu seriozitate, oferă eficacitatea care precedă succesul pe toate planurile.

Toata informatia poate fi gasita in carti mai recente, mai bine sintetizata, mai succint si cu exemple mai actuale.

Merita citita de orice persoana pasionata de productivitate.
Mi-a placut faptul ca autorul pune accent pe caracter si nu pe actiuni exterioare.

Este cea mai faina carte de dezvoltare personala pe care am citit-o. Autorul nu da solutii superficiale ci unele care tin de dezvoltarea caracterului, "dinauntru - in afara".
"Nu se poate excela in lumea aceasta fara a trai o viata morala" (David Starr Jordan) este un fir rosu care trece prin carte de la un capat la celalalt! Daca vreti sa va apucati serios de treaba, o recomand cu drag.

Cartea are ca public țintă pe cei din domeniul afacerilor, ci este o carte pentru orice domeniu. Cele 7 deprinderi are persoanelor eficace o recomand tututor celor care vor să afle secretele din spatele unor oameni de succes. Nu trebuie să lucrezi doar în afaceri pentru a aplica toate cele 7 deprinderi. Trebuie să îți dorești să „ascuți fierăstrăul” în fiecare zi.
