really liked it

If there's a motivational speaker that has really changed my mind is Brene Brown. Before reading this book, of course, I had seen her TED talks, the documentary, and interviews. I was aware of the concept of vulnerability before reading this book so I wasn't expecting something mind-changing. If it wasn't for a book club, I would have probably had chosen a different book from this author. However, my expectations were proved wrong. There is still an insurmountable amount of learnings that one can extract from Brene Brown. I learned about vulnerability at its root, and enjoyed the process of understanding and analyzing my own life experiences. I think Brown did a great job explaining her methodology, the process, and translating the results into practical observations and learnings. Definitely recommended!
